Creative work produced for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment, with Big Rig Wraps retaining the right to use anonymized case studies and photography for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Big Rig Wraps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific campaign in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
